Refund Policy.

AI photo generation requires significant computational resources. Once your credits are used for generation, those costs cannot be recovered. We offer refunds only in limited circumstances where the product has not been meaningfully used.

You are eligible for a refund ONLY IF all of the following conditions are met:

• You have generated fewer than 10 photos across your account.
• You have not downloaded any of your generated photos.
• You request the refund within 3 days of your purchase.
• You have not used more than 50% of your purchased credits.

If you have created a model or generated photos extensively, we cannot offer a refund as costs incurred for generative AI processing are very high. Our upstream providers do not permit refund requests for GPU processing time already consumed.

If you are not satisfied with your results, we encourage you to try different themes, lighting conditions, and photo angles before requesting a refund. You can also cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
